Notes - Rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Allen in the 2000-02 seasons. The striker became the club's first £1m player when he arrived from Tottenham in 1999 but a succession of serious injuries meant he made only a handful of appearances for the club before retiring in November 2002 aged 25
